You accecpt the following:

• OKTO is permitted to broadcast an unlimited number of transmissions of your uploaded file(s) (terrestrial, via cable and on the Internet as livestream).
• On demand streaming.
• Filing after the term of the contract has ended.
• Should any claims by a third party arise against OKTO in relation to the broadcasting of the the uploaded file(s) that is/are the subject of the contract, the contracting partner(s) shall indemnify and hold OKTO harmless against said claims.
